The Strategy Framework is the Green Monday blueprint for building a next generation Sustainability strategy.
In itself it is a pioneering concept. It harnesses hundreds of real examples and ideas from leading companies, who are making the transition from a “high end CSR” strategy to a next generation Sustainability strategy. It is an ideas board for areas such as;

Whilst we have taken some inspiration from change management guru John Katter in the basic framework, the examples and ideas are being fed in by the leading corporates through the following process;
The final product will be a 50-page report, with detailed examples and case studies in each of the key areas, as well as an overall diagram. This will be published at the beginning of 2012, with complementary copies being provided to all Green Strategy attendees.
