The GS11 Benchmark Survey
The Benchmark Survey assesses the progress of the market, sectors and participating companies in the different components of an integrated strategy.
Respondents were asked to rate their company's progress in 15 different areas, and to detail any initiatives that they found valuable in key areas of an integrated strategy. This information is now being fed into the Strategy Framework.
Each respondent will receive a personalised report (in December), showing their answers in the context of the aggregate total responses, and where there are enough respondents, against an aggregate of their sector. This helps companies to benchmark their own strategies, and may also assist with conversations with senior management in securing necessary budget.
The aggregated and sector results will be published in the Green Paper, where they will provide an analysis for the speakers at GS11 and roundtable conversations.
